SHIPPING & RETURNS

CC’s ChiqueBoutique Store Policy:

Return and Refund Policy- 
No refunds will be allowed. 
This includes ALL items purchased from our boutique; including but not limited to; any and all inspired/fashion accessories, jewelry, handbags as well as clothing. 

If you receive an item that is damaged, you will have 48hrs after the item has been delivered to contact our customer service department to discuss this matter. 
A video of the item is required and we request that this be forwarded via email only. 

We will review the video and the owner will make a determination regarding resolving this issue. 
Only regular priced items (not sale items) will be considered for exchange and only store credits will be allowed to be used towards your next purchase. 

Customer will be contacted via email to advise if the return will be authorized to be accepted by us. 
If the order has been returned without prior authorization via email, we will not be able to accept your return and it will be refused. 

Shipping for returned items will be at the customers expense. 

(When purchasing from our website please refer to our size chart and be sure to order your correct size). 

By continuing on with your purchase you are agreeing to these rules. 
If you disagree, please cancel by NOT PAYING FOR THE ITEM/ ITEMS IN YOUR CART. 
Your invoice will automatically cancel if not paid within 30 minutes. 

Prices during our live showing and sale are subject to change at the owners discretion once the live ends. 

Shipping: 
Via UPS only.
Please allow 3-5 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays) Monday through Friday only for items to be shipped. 
Tracking will be forwarded to your email once your order has been shipped.
